Welcome to the UMAX AI Creator Program! We are excited to have you here. This guide will walk you through exactly how to start creating content, getting views, and earning money with us.
Step 1: Application & Approval
We want to ensure our partners are set up for success. We primarily work with creators whose audience is based in Tier-1 Economies.

Before you start posting, please head over to the #apply-now tab. You will need to share a screen recording video of your audience analytics so we can verify that your views will qualify for payment.

2. Contact Redwan – UMAX AI CEO before posting your first video.
Step 2: Creating Your Content
You can create videos for TikTok or Instagram Reels.
To maintain our brand's high quality, we require that you use our official asset generators found in the Creator Tools page.

3. Add “Download the @umaxai app.” in the caption, tag our TikTok page, and place the app link in your bio (or use a Linktree—DM Redwan – UMAX AI CEO to get one).
Step 3: Posting & Consistency
The secret to viral growth is consistency. We recommend posting daily to trigger the algorithm.

7. Get approval from Redwan – UMAX AI CEO before posting each video. After trust is established, you may post independently.

Important Bio Rule:
While you are working with us, please include the text "Download @UMAX AI" (or your unique link) in your bio so your viewers can easily find the app.

Step 4: Submitting & Getting Paid
Once a video performs well and hits your tier's minimum view milestone, it's time to get paid! Simply submit the video link in the #submit-videos tab.
We review submissions and process all payments every two weeks, on the 3rd and 16th of every month.

Authenticity Matters: We love organic growth! Please avoid using bots or fake view services, as these views don't convert to users, and we unfortunately cannot pay for them.
Keep It Live: Your videos are your portfolio. Please keep your paid videos live on your profile to maintain your status in the program.

4. Your payout tier is determined by the percentage of your viewership that comes from Tier-1 (T1) countries. Please check the #payout-info tab to see the country lists and the required T1 percentages for each creator tier.

2. Accepted Languages
We welcome content in many languages! You are encouraged to create content in:
• English
• Spanish, French, German, Russian
• Dutch, Danish, Italian
• And other major European languages.

Feel free to use the language that best connects with your Tier-1 audience.
3. Using Official Assets
Please use the UMAX Creator Tools to generate your visuals. This ensures the branding looks crisp and trustworthy.
• Show the analysis card full-screen for at least **3.5 seconds** so viewers can read it.
• Place it within the first **5–15 seconds** to hook the viewer early.
4. Video Content Types (Watch Carefully)
We categorize content into two primary types which directly affect your payout tier. Please review these examples so you know exactly what qualifies for each category.

Type 1: Rating Comments

Videos where you reply specifically to a user's comment asking for a rating or an analysis.

Type 2: Related to Face Rating

General videos showcasing face ratings, visual transformations, or app analysis without replying to a specific user comment.

5. Engagement Tip (The "Sock Puppet")
To boost engagement, we recommend this pro tip: Immediately after posting, switch to a secondary account and comment "What is the app?".
Then, reply from your main account: "UMAX AI - Ascend & Looksmax". This pins the app name to the top of your comments section!

Who do I contact for technical issues?
If you face any technical difficulty with the Creator Tools or the submission forms, please reach out directly to Robit933-UMAX AI CTO.
I hit the required views, but my submission was rejected. Why?
The most common reason is the audience location tier mismatch. We strictly require your views to match the T1 percentage of your assigned creator tier (True Adam, Chad, HTN, etc.).

Please check your analytics carefully. If your viral video hit big in regions that do not fulfill your specific tier's requirements, we unfortunately cannot pay for it as our advertisers require specific audience demographics.
Do I need to delete my video after payment?
No, please keep it up! We pay for the permanent placement of the video. Deleting a paid video is against our partnership agreement and may prevent us from working with you on future campaigns.
How do I verify my Audience percentage?
When you fill out the submission form, we ask for a screen recording video of your "Viewer Regions" from your TikTok/Instagram analytics for that specific video. This transparency allows us to verify your tier bracket and approve your payout quickly!
Can I promote other apps in the same video?
To receive payment, the video should be exclusively focused on UMAX AI. Mixing in other competitor apps confuses the message, so we ask for exclusivity in that specific post.
