  • Biometric Data: Facial scans, physique images, and voice recordings provided by you for analysis.

  • Usage Data: Information on how you interact with our AI agents (e.g., PSL Warlord, GymMax).
  • Subscription Data: Transaction identifiers for your subscription through the Apple App Store (we do not store credit card details directly).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly for:

  • Performing biometric analysis to provide self-improvement suggestions.
  • Generating photorealistic “Try On” visualizations.
  • Improving our AI models (anonymized data only).
  • Managing your active subscription and providing customer support.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Your privacy is our priority.

  • Automatic Deletion: All raw biometric assets (original photos and voice recordings) are automatically deleted from our secure servers within 7 days (1 week) of upload.
  • Derived Data: Numerical biometric scores (e.g., your PSL score) are stored within your account profile for as long as your account is active to track your progress.

4. Legal Basis (UK GDPR)

We process your data based on:

  • Contractual Necessity: To provide the service you subscribed to.
  • Explicit Consent: By uploading a photo or voice recording, you provide explicit consent for biometric processing.
  • Legitimate Interests: To secure our platform and prevent fraud.

UMAX AI is rated for users aged 9 and older. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children’s use of AI-driven self-improvement tools.
