Welcome to UMAX AI. By accessing our application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

UMAX AI is an agentic coaching platform owned by Toon Gaming LLC. We provide AI-driven analysis for facial aesthetics, physique (GymMax), vocal resonance, and style visualization.

2. Eligibility

By using this service, you represent that you are at least 9 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained parental consent to use the service and agree to these terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Model: UMAX AI operates on a subscription basis.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple Support in accordance with their refund policy.

4. User Content and Biometrics

You retain ownership of any photos or audio you upload. However, by using the service, you grant Toon Gaming LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data through our AI models (Gemini 3.0, Vertex AI, Nano Banana) for the purpose of providing results.

5. Medical and Aesthetic Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: UMAX AI is a self-improvement tool for entertainment and motivational purposes only.

  • We do not provide medical, dermatological, or surgical advice.

  • AI analysis is based on mathematical models and may not reflect reality.

  • Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your health, diet, or physical appearance.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload images of third parties without their explicit consent.

  • Use the service for “mogging” or bullying others.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI infrastructure or sub-agents.

  • Upload illegal or sexually explicit content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Toon Gaming LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the AI analysis or suggested self-improvement plans.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
